T.N. Ravi is a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in achieving Strategic Business Objectives. With a varied industry exposure ranging across Banking & Financial Services, Real Estate, Insurance and Travel, this self-starter with a problem solving aptitude and motivational skills has an inherent ability to enable a positive work environment fostering team performance. He has worked with leading corporates like Kuoni, ICICI Prudential, Muthoot Group, ICICI Bank and Religare Enterprises during his career span of over 18 years. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills aided with a sharp business acumen and a keen eye for maximizing revenue and cutting costs have resulted in some of his key achievements like managing a 1 Mn sqft CRE portfolio with 96.28% uptime of critical equipment and savings of over INR 30 Mn during his stint at Religare, closure of over 50 CRE transactions with a fee income of INR 15 Mn during his stint at ICICI Bank and implementation of Total Quality Control at Kuoni. He has a proven expertise in managing Financial Functions of AOPs & Budgets, Project & Infrastructure management, Database Management & Administration and managing ATL & BTL activities. In 2013, he ventured out as an entrepreneur to setup a successful CRE consultancy helping corporates in relocations and space optimization wherein within a short span of 4 years he has built up an enviable portfolio of over 40 corporates. Recently AV Enterprises has also forayed into the Construction and Interiors segment.He has been actively involved in the start-up ecosystem, and is also mentoring a couple of tech start-ups. As a philanthropic passion he also provides Insurance advisory services.

Ravi has done his MBA (Marketing & Finance) from Vikram University, MP and is a B.Sc (Hons) Physics graduate from Delhi University. He has also qualified the Six Sigma Champions Program and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate Exam from QAI, Delhi.
